Communication strategies for the web, social media, and email were the focus of the February 2020 meeting of Lafayette’s Web Community of Practice.

Erwin Annulysse and Greta Bergstresser’s presentation discussed how to come up with a communication plan, including identifying goals, seeing how your content supports that goals, developing a strategy to further those goals, and coming up with metrics to see how you’re progressing toward them. The presentation is available via Google Drive (access restricted to members of the College community).

In addition, Charles Fulton demonstrated the Emmett Re:view extension for Google Chrome. The extension quickly generates snapshots of how a website looks on a variety of mobile devices (e.g. Android and Apple smartphones, tablets, etc.).
