When effectively used, images can be a great way to engage your audience and improve user experience on a website. On March 29 join us for March’s Web Community of Practice in Skillman 003 where we will discuss best practices for images: where to find them, appropriate sizes (and how to size them) for various call-outs, and how to make your images enhance your website.
- WordPress Basics, April 13 at 10 a.m.
Need to update your website or use WordPress for the first time? This hands-on training will cover the basics of using WordPress. We will look at user management, content creation, updates, and publishing, as well as using media. This training is applicable to those using WordPress on both Forge (department sites) as well as Sites (personal, organizational, and course sites).
- WordPress Working Session, April 20 at 1:30 p.m. in Pardee 28
Participants are encouraged to come with questions specific to their WordPress sites or general WordPress questions. The topics covered during the session will be determined by the participants.
