Learn about Web Photo Galleries & Preventing Form Spam at the 6/4/15 WCoP Meeting

Lafayette’s Web Community of Practice will hold its next meeting on Thursday, June 4 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in Room 003, Skillman Library. Food will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

This month we’ll talking about:

• the newly-upgraded SMBWeb application
• updates to My Lafayette, the college portal
• the prototype for the redesigned campus map.
• how to work with photo galleries in WordPress,
• preventing form spam using the Akismet plugin

If you have questions about any aspect of the web you can get them answered as part of our regular Q&A session.

We have two more meetings scheduled for this summer:

• 12:00-1:00pm, Wednesday, July 8, 2015
• 12:00-1:00pm, Wednesday, August 5, 2015

Both meetings will be held in Room 003, Skillman Library.
